Profound Pleasure

Ever joined a church where you both worship and serve God and you realize you really like it?  At first, it might seem like obedience so it is a begrudging discipline, then you realize worshiping and serving God brings profound pleasure beyond even the most pleasurable things in your life.  Nothing short of worshiping and serving God can satisfy your heart, soul, mind and strength.

You're created to worship and serve God.  This responsive living is wired in you. 

A lot of people don't attend church anymore because it was never more than mere attendance.  Jesus said it should be more.  Worshiping and serving God with a community of people who love you well - with God's love - is something everyone will enjoy.  Perhaps a profound pleasure that you don't expect in church. 

Who doesn't like to grow in good things?
Who doesn't like conscience-free living because life is about God?
Who doesn't like friends that become family?
Who doesn't like friends who speak God's Word to you rather than their own opinions from self-help books or afternoon talk shows?

Harvest will help you grow as a disciple of Jesus.  We're building the entire church around making disciples because that was Jesus' final command to those initial 11 disciples. 

We'll proclaim and help you apply what God has told us in His Word.

And then you delight in multiplying all of this into others so they can experience it, too!
This is precisely why Christianity started with 11 and is now spread and spreading throughout the world.
