Jesus makes good on His promises

Posted by Mike Willis on Thursday, December 22, 2011.
He who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:15-17

Jesus makes good on His promises. These verses fulfill promises from
Psalms, Isaiah, Ezekiel & the Gospels.
  1. Shelter you with His presence
  2. Satisfy all hunger and thirst
  3. Be your shepherd
  4. Wipe away every tear

We've all broken promises. Jesus hasn't and won't.

These promises will be fully realized in heaven. Amidst our common suffering, heaven is the greatest hope of every human on earth.

Entry to heaven has one requirement, written just one verse earlier, "They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb" (Revelation 7:14).
