There are hundreds of churches in Raleigh, but there is a disproportionate lack of disciples of Jesus Christ in Raleigh. After Jesus' resurrection, He commanded His disciples to make disciples, a perpetually multiplying ministry of true followers of Jesus, whom Jesus Himself would call His followers. He commanded them and us to baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that He has commanded. This is our goal in Raleigh - to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
We targeted North Raleigh because hundreds of thousands of people, because of its proximity to the Brier Creek area, the Wake Forest area, downtown, and the Knightdale area. The oldest and newest generations live in North Raleigh. Multiple ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds live in North Raleigh. We are asking God's favor in reaching North Raleigh for Christ!
